At G.Sherman Jewels we offer different shipping options to suit your needs.
We want to make sure you know all of the shipping details, so please take a minute to review the below.
Please note that:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties, and taxes upon delivery.
- Shipping windows are estimates and are not guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances may arise.
- All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Please allow 48-72 hours for order processing and shipment. Once an order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
If you are not feeling totally radiant in your G.Sherman Jewels, we will accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of your purchase date. A refund will not be issued for items received past the 14 day return period.
Before returning your item, kindly contact us at email@example.com. Please email a photo of the jewels to be returned, along with your order number. If you can share the reason for your return with us, that is always appreciated!
When issuing a return, we kindly ask that you respect the below terms as we will not be able to accept your return otherwise.
Your jewels must be returned as they were received.
Your jewels must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
Your jewels must be returned in their original jewel box, this helps to protect them during their journey back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a secure trackable carrier and insure the parcel for its purchase price, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
Upon receipt and inspection of the piece, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note, the cost of shipping and duties (when applicable) is non refundable.

Our products are one of a kind. If you are not satisfied with your new jewel, we have lots more that will help you get your glow on!
We don’t currently offer exchanges so if another jewel is calling to you, just return your original piece and place a new order through our website.
DAMAGES AND REPAIRS
Our jewels were manufactured to the highest quality. Please note, as our product is over 40 years old, you should expect natural wear! This does not mean it’s damaged or needs repair. Simply, that its lived!
Should your jewels be damaged outside of normal wear and tear, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and detailed description of your request. While at this time we do not offer repairs to jewels that have been broken or damaged, we will do our best to help you find someone who can accommodate your repair needs.
And truly, if you treat your jewels with extra care, no repairs should be necessary.
We’ve taken extra precautions to ensure that your jewels arrive in perfect elegance. In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged during transit, please email us at email@example.com on the day of receipt with a photo to illustrate how it’s arrived. We will do our best to take care of you as needed!
Please note we will not be held responsible for improper care, breakdown of materials over time, or accidents. Please consult our jewel care guidelines for suggestions on how to keep your jewels shining bright!
